Dallas Association of Realtists (DAR)

Our Theme is “REALTISTS UNITED TO REJUVENATE, REVITALIZE AND REBUILD AMERICA.”   The Dallas Association of Realtists (formerly Dallas Associaton of Real Estate Brokers, also formerly knows as DAREB) was founded in 1956 in Dallas, Texas, by men of widsom, fortitude, foresight and vision.  DAR has fulfilled a vital role in helping to meet the needs for decent housing and its commitment to equal housing for all.  

DAR’S focus is to promote and encourage the professional growth and business development opportunities of African American, residential and commerical, real estate professionals.  Promotion and development of a comprehensive educational program for members of DAR, and the interchange of ideas and cooperation among real estate professionals.  We aim to provide opportunities for all citizens to have the right to equal housing, while educating the community, promoting local businesses and networking as it relates to the real estate industry.
